2. What data we collect

When you submit the application form, we collect the personal data you provide: name, email address, phone number, selected course level, and any information you include in your message.

3. Why we process your data

We process your personal data to handle your course application, communicate with you about available courses and scheduling, answer your enquiry, and take steps at your request before entering into a course agreement.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing this data is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: processing is necessary in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

5. How long we keep the data

If your application does not lead to enrolment, we keep your data for up to 12 months from our last communication with you, after which it is deleted or anonymised unless we are required to keep it longer by law.

If you become a student, we may keep relevant data for the duration of the course and afterwards only for as long as necessary to meet legal, accounting, or contractual obligations.

6. Who receives the data

Your data may be accessed by our authorised staff and service providers that help us operate the website and process form submissions, including Netlify as a website hosting and form-processing provider.

7. International transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by GDPR, such as contractual protections provided by the relevant service provider.

8. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, and, where applicable, data portability. You may also object to processing in cases provided by law.

9. Complaints

If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (Urad pro ochranu osobnich udaju): uoou.gov.cz.
